the aftermath blog 12
Well this class is almost over; Thursday is the last day for meeting in classroom number seven. It has been an enlightening experience through this whole semester. Our professor did give us food for thought when it came to our writing assignments. As a whole, the class has been great. I have made new friends that I needed in my life, and I have learned to write a lot better through this experience. I am grateful to have had such a small class that individual attention was available. The teacher was kind and courteous to everyone’s ideas, thoughts, and voice from the beginning; and almost all the way to the end. We have written three papers in this class, twelve blogs, and numerous in class writings to help us better our writing. We even did a presentation over what our research paper is going to be over. We were all able to provide input for everyone’s presentations to help them better their papers. So were we graded fairly on these? I am not quite sure. I know that it is not my place to correct a teacher, so I won’t. But I am going to address my fellow students about this subject and the grades that I received from them. While I was presenting my information I noticed that those who were grading me were staring out into space the whole time not even listening to the information. On a positive swing, I just wanted to say thank you to the teacher for his great input. I know that he has had a hard semester. He had a lot of personal family problems that he unfortunately had to deal with, and I do have sympathy for him. I want to congratulate him on his new home, and I wish him a long prosperous employment here at Ivy Tech Community College and/or at Purdue University. I want to wish him luck on his dissertation and whatever the rest of the year holds for him. I would like to wish the class luck on earning their majors or certifications. So thank you for a great semester and I wish you all luck.
